Disappointing delivery experience
I placed an order for YK-11 and some Bacteriostatic Water. While the quality of the YK-11 seems good and the packaging was discreet, the delivery took much longer than advertised. It was supposed to be 3-5 business days, but it ended up taking 8 days to reach me in California. I contacted customer service on day 6 and they were polite, but couldn't really speed things up.
